With Cross Training you will experience an increase in motivation thanks to the improved performance that is achieved in a very short time.
It consists of performing a detailed programme of exercises in a maximum time and with a defined number of repetitions.
It is a block with warm-up exercises that are related to the programme established for that day in order to avoid injuries or discomfort during training.
In this block, strength, technique and power are developed, seeking the greatest amount of weight that each person can handle depending on the exercise and the number of repetitions set.
This is the most intense part of the session, aimed at increasing cardiorespiratory capacity.
